Member communications platform modernisation
Consolidated legacy letter and document systems into one platform generating millions of member letters and ID cards a year — migrated with a phased, strangler-fig rollout.
An enterprise healthcare letter and document management system was rebuilt by consolidating multiple legacy applications into a unified backend platform covering document generation, approval workflows, vendor integrations and secure delivery, while meeting compliance and long-term retention requirements.
As Team Lead I owned delivery from requirements through production deployment and support, including Scrum ceremonies, estimation and planning, with teams across the US and India.
